Sorry it has been a long time between updates. I have been busy with training and life and keeping updates going on social media. I have forgotten to update on here as well!

Am definitely feeling the fear now – we are just over 2 months out from when we leave Perth and head over to the UK for the Games, starting on the 17th.

Am trusting the process but it is easier said than done!
