I have been training for a few months now under the direction of Josh Hardy, Functional Strength Coach & Owner of SMA. I cannot thank Josh and all the team at SMA enough just for getting me to the point where I was able to think that running at the WTG is even possible.
I have been to many gyms throughout the years but have always felt out of place, and to be honest, have never stuck with the training. The environment at SMA though is so much nicer! You always feel welcome, supported and no egos get in the way of training – which is perfect for me coming to them as a very broken individual.
